Paradyme Security was founded by Ossika in 2019. After gaining decades of on the ground, front of house and behind the scenes experience in diverse security settings, he decided to start his own business and do security his way.
Nearly five years later, and Paradyme have 60+ awesome people in the team and clients across Melbourne’s hospitality, retail, construction, commercial and industrial, education and community sectors.
